The 2025 EDGE Conference is open to grantmakers and funders.It is also open to philanthropy supporting individuals and organizations like funder networks, consultants, advisors.
Registration through our website is not possible for activists and movement representatives. Attendance by movement representatives follows a different process that is currently closed.
We have a limited number of discounted tickets available for EDGE members and local grantmaker organizations. To be considered for these discounted tickets, please email martina@edgefunders.org.
Registrations can be fully canceled up to two weeks before the conference start date (April 14, 2025). After this deadline, cancellations are non-refundable.
Session proposals can be submitted by anyone. If your session is accepted, you will be expected to register for the conference. You can submit your session proposal directly through this Session Proposal Form. The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2025.
We understand that in some cases, your partners’ perspectives may be essential to your planned sessions. If your session proposal is accepted, you may invite up to two movement partners to participate as speakers. Decisions on acceptance of proposals will be shared in early March. You would be expected to cover the full cost of attendance for the partners you invite.
Unfortunately, no. We follow a separate process of invitation for activists to ensure their attendance in this philanthropic space is intentional, non-extractive and not harmful. If you have not been invited, stay in touch with us for information about future engagement opportunities.
No, the 2025 EDGE Conference will be an in-person event in Bogotá, Colombia.
